In addition to classical methods of coaching, team building, and project management, I use creative techniques, such as Dragon Dream Project Design, Design Thinking and Theory U. In my work, I live a win-win-win philosophy, based on the three pillars of sustainability, constantly questioning how we can support social, ecological and economic change - personally, in our teams and organizations, and in society.
